Exactly. In my leagues inaugural season. We did the 1st 2 drafts the same way we are doing now. Then we did a completely new random draft for the summer entry. Then each following season it has been reverse of the standings.

I haven't done that yet, but that's what I want to do this summer. Do you have any good ideas on how to weight it? I do like the idea

I don't man, I'm sorry. I've not been a Commish for a hockey league or set up a draft on one of those kool probability sites. I made a mistake in my previous post. I support the pre 2012 draft lotto system, weighted draft for the top 4 lotto spots. Here's how that draw was in 2009 www.nhl.com/ice/news.htm?id=417947
